Infinite Marvelous Interview

Firstly thanks for taking time to do this exclusive interview for www.HipHop4Days.com. Let’s start at the beginning. How did you get into making music and when would you say your career started?
You’re welcome. I stress this fact when people ask that question. I have been around music and raping more then ten years. I was doing this at nine years old. I am not new. Not tell 2006 I started going really hard. My career is starting to begin rolling now. Ask anybody that ask me this question and I’ll tell them this thing takes a life time.

From when you started to now, what do you consider to be your biggest tracks or releases?
NO STRESS, STEP INTO MY WORLD both songs are produced by X3M

How would you describe the music that you make?
Deep thinking music. Streets music for the radio. Underground and mainstream. My music is for right now. I make everything all kind of music. I recently made a dub step gangster record. I got hot 16’s I can write for artist as well holla at me.

Have you done many collaborations, if so who have you worked with and what was your most memorable experience?
I’m only working with my team and my people I’m coming up with or with who ever reach out to me. I never paid for a beat or a feature. If I do I really respect you.

Hip-Hop is changing all the time. How do you feel about Hip-Hop in 2012, who are you feeling and how is the game treating you?
I’m liking it. It’s coming back around to that hard G shit. I’m not were I want to be but I’m having fun. They are playing the same tracks in the mansions in London to the one room shack projects in Brooklyn New York. All this music affects everybody. What don’t work for you works for others. I’m feeling Reakwon, Kid Cudi, ASAP Rocky, Snoop Dogg, Wale, Big Sean, LEP Bogus Boys.

Tell me about the label you’re with, even if it’s your own label. Tell us who is involved and how many people behind the scenes are helping you?
I’m a free agent to the labels. I’m at the round table with Piranah Bricks Soldiers. I got a Army behind me.

The music industry is changing from CD’s & Vinyl over to MP3, stores are getting closed and on-line shops are starting up. Do you think CD’s are dead or do you think it depends on the genre & artist?
CD’s and Vinyl will never be over. It is a sad thing to see that happen. It takes away from the Hip Hop vibe of ripping the pack open and reading the cover. I have never been to Fat beats in New York. But to look at videos and old photos of the last day was a very sad thing. Where I’m from Beat Street is a 15 sec walk. I still have a bag from there. I’m touched by this. Them stores is like some real vintage shit.

So where are you from exactly and have you ever done any local gigs?
I’m from Red Hook Brooklyn where Al Capone was born. Before he took over the streets of Chicago. All over the city. Any where with a microphone, turn tables and a stage.

Have you done any big gigs or played live with any big artists?
If so tell us what is was like and what playing live means to you. Yea we have, with all type of guys. Some well known some unknown.

Hip-Hop is sometime viewed as negative music and in the media often gets a raw deal. Do you think that Hip-Hop should be more positive and that artists have a responsibility to the youth?
Some do have a responsibility. Depends on what type of person they are. A rapper may appear to be negative in his or her music. But it doesn’t not mean he or she is not positive. Nowadays you can’t say that. If you don’t want to play so called negative music we got gospel Hip Hop for you.
